How long is a session?

The FIRST session is typically an hour and a half (1 hour and 30 mins) and the rest are one (1) hour.

A session may run over time depending on the
needs of the individual and how the session unfolds.

Please note an additional charge will be made for sessions that go beyond an hour and will be deducted from the next session for packages.

I'm not able to attend my session. Can I cancel or reschedule?

To respect my time and yours, cancellation of sessions must be 48 hours in advance.

For cancellations within 24 hours, half the price will be deducted and a full charge for cancellations made on the same day of the session.
